Asana is a yoga pose or posture - one Sanskrit meaning is "comfortable seat" - that helps you reunite your mind with your body. Asana practice will focus your mind's attention into your body, so you learn to move in more unified harmony. The result? No mater what stresses you face, you can remain "comfortably seated" and centered.

In these classes, we will explore the ways to develop a genuine sense of ease within, using guided visualization, restorative yoga and asana practice. During each session, we will experience the bliss of conscious breathing, examine our inner vision and discover how to move our body in ways that generate the energy and awareness we need to restore ease and increase the happiness in our life.

Suitable for the novice or intermediate yoga practitioner. Come for the yoga, leave feeling open and clear - with a smile on your face.

Ahhhh…restorative yoga - the antidote to our busy lives. This delightful yoga practice encompasses more than just lying around. Restorative allows our bodies to renew with each pose as we take time to luxuriate in the moment while we breathe, rest and feel our bodies deeply relax. We use props to make sure that the body is comfortable while breathing into tight and stressed places to bring ease into each cell. After a restorative practice you will feel more IN your body and even more energized than you were when you walked into the room. Restorative yoga is suitable for everyone.
